أعلن الناشط الحقوقي الموريتاني بيرام ولد أعبيدي عن تشكيل مجلس انتقالي يهدف لإنقاذ موريتانيا مما يصفه بالمأزق الحقيقي الذي تعيشه على مختلف الصعد، ودعا جميع الأطراف للالتحاق الفوري بهذا المجلس للمشاركة في وضع التصورات العملية لإطلاقه.
