تعتزم الحكومة اليابانية تنفيذ خطة لإنقاذ شركة كهرباء طوكيو المالكة لمحطة فوكوشيما النووية التي أعطبها الزلزال المدمر في العام الماضي، بعد أن تخلت الشركة عن معارضتها لقبول الأموال.
