أعرب وزير الشؤون الخارجية المغربي/ سعد الدين العثماني/، لدى وصوله الى الجزائر، عن إرادة مشتركة لبعث ديناميكية جديدة في العلاقات الجزائرية المغربية. ومن المقرر أن يجري الوزير المغربى خلال زيارته التى تستغرق يومين مباحثات مع كبار المسئولين الجزائريين، على رأسهم الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، بهدف تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين، وإعادة دفع اتحاد المغرب العربى المتعثر منذ سنوات بسبب التوتر بين الجانبين. واتفق الطرفان على اللقاء مرتين سنوياً لتقييم علاقاتهما الثنائية.
