فيما كانت النتائج التي حققها الإخوان المسلمون في الانتخابات المصرية متوقعة إلى حد كبير، فقد تمثلت المفاجأة في النتيجة الكبيرة التي حققها التحالف السلفي بقيادة حزب النور، والذي لم تكن له أية تجربة سياسية سابقة، الأمر الذي يستحق التوقف لرصد تلك الظاهرة.
