دعا رئيس الوزراء الروسي فلاديمير بوتين إلى حوار شامل حول مشكلات روسيا، معتبرا أن البلاد بحاجة إلى التغيير التدريجي "لا التغيير من خلال ثورة". وقال إن قوى مدمرة تعمل في أجزاء مختلفة من العالم بمساعدة دول تحاول تصدير الديمقراطية.
