القائد الامريكي الاعلى في العراق الجنرال ديفيد بتريوس يقول إنه يتوقع إمكانية تخفيض آخر لعدد القوات الأمريكية العاملة في العراق قبل مغادرته منصبه في شهر سبتمبر/أيلول المقبل.
