أعلن الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما الاثنين تعيين رئيس جديد لطاقم العاملين في البيت الأبيض خلفا لوليام دالي، في عملية انتقال تأتي قبل حملة إعادة انتخابه لفترة رئاسية ثانية.
