أكد مسؤول في البيت الأبيض أن الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما أصدر مذكرة الجمعة أعلن فيها استعداد بلاده لتزويد دولة جنوب السودان بالأسلحة، في خطوة نحو مزيد من تطبيع علاقات الولايات المتحدة مع أحدث دولة أفريقية.
