كشف مسؤولون أفغانيون أمس الثلاثاء أن بعثة من الحزب الإسلامي الذي يتزعمه رئيس الوزراء السابق قلب الدين حكمتيار التقوا الأحد الماضي الرئيس حامد كرزاي ودبلوماسيين أميركيين، وذلك في خطوة ثانية بعد حركة طالبان التي أبدت استعدادها لمحادثات سلام في هذا البلد.
