بدأ الرئيس التونسي المؤقت منصف المرزوقي أمس زيارة رسمية إلى ليبيا دعا خلالها إلى بناء "اتحاد الشعوب العربية المستقلة"، وإلى دعم التكامل الاقتصادي مع ليبيا. كما ألمح إلى إمكانية تسليم رئيس الوزراء الليبي السابق البغدادي المحمودي للسلطات الليبية.
