انتقد رئيس الغرفة التجارية الإيرانية محمد نهونديان القرار الأميركي بفرض عقوبات جديدة على المؤسسات المالية التي تتعامل مع المركزي الإيراني، ووصفه بأنه غير مبرر. وقال "الأمة الإيرانية والمنخرطون في أنشطة تجارية واقتصادية سيجدون بدائل أخرى".
