طالب رئيس الحكومة الفلسطينية المقالة الدول العربية والإسلامية بالعمل على إنقاذ القدس من مخططات التهويد الإسرائيلية، في الوقت الذي أكد الرئيس الفلسطيني موقفه الداعي للسلام بعد إعلان منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية التوجه إلى مجلس الأمن لبحث الاستيطان الإسرائيلي في الأراضي المحتلة.
