قتل ما يناهز ألف شخص جراء السيول والانهيارات الأرضية التي أحدثها الإعصار "واشي" الذي اجتاح إقليمين شمال جزيرة منداناو بجنوب الفلبين أواخر الأسبوع الماضي.
