تشهد عكا التي يقطنها نحو 50 ألف نسمة اعتداءات على منازل ومراكب العرب الذين يشكّلون 25% من سكانها، مما يهدد بتفجر مواجهات ساخنة بين الطرفين على غرار مواجهات نشبت في 2008، وأدت إلى إحراق منازل وإصابة واعتقال العشرات.
