حث مبعوث الأمم المتحدة إلى اليمن جمال بن عمر الحكومة اليمنية الجديدة على إرساء دعائم الاستقرار، في وقت احتشد فيه آلاف المتظاهرين بصنعاء وتعز مطالبين بمحاكمة الرئيس علي عبد الله صالح، وسط أنباء عن مقتل جندي وتسعة مسلحين بزنجبار بمحافظة أبين.
