أعلنت اللجنة الانتخابية في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية مساء أمس أن الرئيس المنتهية ولايته جوزيف كابيلا متقدم بحوالي 1.3 مليون صوت على منافسه المعارض إتيان تشيسيكيدي في الانتخابات الرئاسية التي أجريت في 28 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الماضي.
