اتهم اتحاد المنظمات البيئية خلال مشاركته في المباحثات بمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة لتغير المناخ المنعقد حاليا في مدينة ديربان بجنوب أفريقيا الولايات المتحدة بإعاقة عمل المؤتمر.
