أنهى المبعوث الأممي للصومال أغستين ماهيغا لقاءاته بإقليم بونت لاند تمهيدا لعقد اجتماع بعاصمة الإقليم منتصف الشهر الجاري لبحث خريطة طريق معدة لإنهاء أزمة الصومال المستمرة منذ عام 1991، غير أن منظمات حزبية وقبلية أعربت من مقديشو عن رفضها للخريطة.
