قالت الحكومة المصرية إنها غير مستعدة للبت في الحصول على تمويل من صندوق النقد الدولي. وسعت حكومة عصام شرف التي استقالت الشهر الماضي للحصول على تمويل خارجي بهدف سد عجز متفاقم في الميزانية.
