اتفقت صربيا مع كوسوفو أمس على إدارة مشتركة للحدود المثيرة للجدل لتزيل بذلك عقبة أمام انضمامها إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي قبل أسبوع من الموعد الذي من المقرر أن يناقش فيه زعماء الاتحاد طلب انضمام بلغراد.
