انطلقت انتخابات البرلمان الروسي من المناطق النائية في البلاد، فقد توجهت لجان الانتخابات المحلية إلى المناطق البعيدة عن المدن لفسح المجال أمام سكان تلك القرى والبلدات للإدلاء بأصواتهم. وتأتي هذه العملية قبيل بداية الانتخابات في سائر المدن الروسية يوم الأحد المقبل.
