وفد عربي رفيع يبدأ مهمة وساطة في بيروت الاربعاء في محاولة لجمع الاطراف المتخاصمة في لبنان للتفاوض لحل المشاكل العالقة، وتجنيب البلاد مخاطر حرب اهلية جديدة.
