يتجه مجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة إلى إدانة سوريا بارتكاب "جرائم بحق الإنسانية" في جلسة خاصة يعقدها الجمعة المقبل، حسب دبلوماسيين أوروبيين وعرب.
