تفاجأ المصريون بتكليف كمال الجنزوري لرئاسة الوزراء بمصر، وتثار تساؤلات حول قدرة حكومته على تهدئة المطالب الفئوية وطمأنة المستثمرين وعودة البورصة لأدائها الطبيعي، خاصة وأن الرجل عرف بدوره في إنجاز مشروعات تنموية، إلا أن البعض يتساءل عن مدى الصلاحيات الممنوحة له.
