بات الزحف العمراني الحديث والمشاريع العقارية الكبرى في لبنان مبعث قلق حقيقي، باعتبار أنها تشكل خطرا على الأبنية التراثية التي تتعرض للهدم لتحل محلها أبنية حديثة تدر على أصحابها أرباحا كبيرة.
