وافق الرئيس اليمني علي عبد الله صالح اليوم على توقيع خطة من شأنها تمهيد الطريق أمامه لنقل السلطة إلى نائبه عبد ربه هادي منصور وإنهاء الأزمة السياسية الدائرة في البلاد.
