شهد ميدان التحرير في القاهرة يوم الجمعة الموافق التاسع عشر من نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني مواجهات بين الشرطة ومتظاهرين أودت بحياة أحدهم وتسببت في جرح المئات، وانتقلت عدوى هذه الأحداث إلى مناطق أخرى في الإسكندرية والسويس.
