قالت صحف تركية إن لدى أنقرة خططا طارئة لإقامة منطقة حظر طيران أو منطقة عازلة لحماية المدنيين في سوريا، مشيرة إلى أن الحكومة تعارض اتخاذ خطوات أو تدخل من جانب واحد لكنها لا تستبعد احتمال القيام بعمل عسكري إذا حصلت مجازر.
