أبلغت ليبيا المصريين الراغبين في التوجه إليها أنه يتعين عليهم استخراج تأشيرة لدخول أراضيها, وتأتي هذه الخطوة بعد أن فرضت مصر قيودا على دخول الليبيين خلال الثورة على العقيد الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي, حسب ما أوردته وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط.
