قالت صحيفة نيويورك تايمز إن السلطة الانتقالية أرسلت مئات العسكريين من الجيش الليبي الجديد للمرة الأولى لحل النزاعات القبلية بين المليشيات المتصارعة بين ثوار الزاوية وثوار ورشفانة.
