قالت الهيئة العامة للثورة السورية إن ثمانية وعشرين قتلوا اليوم بنيران الأمن، ثلاثة عشر منهم قتلوا في حماة أثناء تصدي قوات الأمن لمظاهرة كانت تطالب برحيل النظام. وفي حين شهدت عدد من المدن السورية مظاهرات مؤيدة للنظام والمنددة بقرار العربي الاخير، قال نبيل العربي الامين العام لجامعة الدول العربية إن الجامعة تعمل على إعداد آلية لتوفير الحماية للشعب السوري، ينتظر أن يتم الانتهاء منها خلال الايام المقبلة.
