قالت الجامعة العربية اليوم الأربعاء إن سوريا قبلت بوقف العنف فورا ضد المدنيين, وسحب قواتها من المدن, والإفراج عن المعتقلين، والدخول في حوار مع المعارضة خلال أسبوعين. لكن المعارضة السورية سارعت إلى التشكيك في التزام دمشق بما تعدت به.
