قالت الزعيمة البارزة في حزب حركة النهضة الإسلامي التونسي إن صبغة الحزب الإسلامية ستساعد في تقدم المرأة في أنحاء العالمين العربي والإسلامي بدلا من أن تعيقها. وأضافت سعاد عبد الرحيم، وهي غير محتجبة، أن الأبواب مفتوحة الآن أمام النساء.
