قرر صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليان إيفاد مبعوثين إلى ليبيا لتقييم الوضع الاقتصادي لاسيما بعد مقتل معمر القذافي. وتشير التقديرات إلى أن ليبيا بحاجة إلى مئات المليارات من الدولارات لإعادة إعمار ما تدمر جراء المواجهات بين الثوار وكتائب القذافي وغارات النيتو على مدى الأشهر الماضية.
