أعرب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي بالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي عن مخاوفه من "فوضى" قد تنتج عن "معركة سياسية شرسة" وسط تحذير من صراع على السلطة قبل التوافق على نظام سياسي واضح. كما أعرب عن اعتقاده أن القذافي يجند مقاتلين من دول أفريقية.
