توفي الفنان المصري عمر الحريري في مستشفى الجلاء العسكري بالقاهرة عن عمر ناهز الخامسة والثمانين، بعد صراع مع المرض استمر عدة أيام، كان قبلها يقف على خشبة المسرح سعيدا بمشاركته في عمل مسرحي للأطفال بمسرحية "حديقة الأذكياء" على مسرح الطفل.
