أعربت عائلات 20 أسيرا في الداخل الفلسطيني ممن أمضوا في الأسر أكثر من ربع قرن عن استيائها من أن صفقة التبادل لن تشمل أبناءهم، معتبرة أن حركة حماس لم تبد التشدد المطلوب مع إسرائيل في هذا الصدد.
