دعت منظمة العفو الدولية السلطات الكندية اليوم الأربعاء إلى اعتقال الرئيس الأميركي السابق جورج بوش ومحاكمته على دوره في التعذيب، أثناء زيارته المرتقبة إلى كندا في 20 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول الجاري.
