حذر وزير الخارجية الإيراني الولايات المتحدة من مغبة ما وصفه بالتمادي في اتهامها لطهران بالضلوع في محاولة اغتيال السفير السعودي في واشنطن، في الوقت الذي قدمت فيه طهران شكوى إلى الأمم المتحدة تتهم فيها الولايات المتحدة بما سمته الترويج للحرب لدوافع سياسية.
