قال مسؤول بوزارة المالية الليبية إنه تم الإفراج عن الثلث فقط من أصول البلاد التي جرى تجميدها رغم تعهدات القوى الدولية بالإفراج عن المليارات لإعادة بناء البلاد بعد أشهر من الحرب التي بدأت في فبراير/شباط.
