أعلنت الوكالة الوطنية لمكافحة الكوارث في الفلبين اليوم أن عدد قتلى الإعصارين اللذين اجتاحا شمالي الجزيرة الرئيسية في الفلبين وخلفا فيضانات واسعة النطاق ارتفع إلى 101.
