قال محافظ المصرف المركزي الإيطالي ماريو دراغي إن إيطاليا بحاجة إلى اتخاذ تدابير هيكلية للخروج من الركود. وأكد دراغي الذي سيصبح رئيسا للبنك المركزي الأوروبي في أول الشهر القادم على ضرورة إزالة سلسلة من المعوقات والقيود المفروضة على المنافسة والنشاط الاقتصادي.
