قالت روسيا إن تحرك الولايات المتحدة لإقامة درع صاروخية واسعة النطاق لحلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو) يمكن أن يضر بأمنها وانتقدت المشروع بعد اتفاق جديد لنشر سفن حربية أميركية مضادة للصواريخ على شواطئ إسبانيا.
