تعهد المعارض البارز ليث شبيلات بأنه لن يتراجع عن المطالبة بالإصلاح السياسي بالأردن, بما في ذلك إصلاح المؤسسة الملكية, حتى لو كلفه ذلك حياته, وذلك بعد يوم من محاولة الاعتداء عليه.
