ألقت السلطات الأميركية القبض على مواطن أميركي على خلفية اتهامه بالتخطيط لعمليات لتدمير مقر وزارة الدفاع ومبنى الكونغرس في واشنطن وتقديم مساعدات لهجمات على الجنود الأميركيين في العراق.
