قال البنك الدولي إنه سيزيد تمويلاته للدول المتضررة من الجفاف في القرن الأفريقي إلى نحو أربعة أضعاف لتقترب من ملياريْ دولار، سيصرف معظمها على مشاريع طويلة الأمد لمكافحة هذه الأزمة.
