دعا الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما اليوم الثلاثاء ما تبقى من القوات الموالية للعقيد معمر القذافي لإلقاء السلاح، معلنا عودة السفير الأميركي إلى طرابلس، وتعهد بالمساعدة في إعادة بناء ليبيا؛ في وقت اعترف فيه الاتحاد الأفريقي بالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي.
