أحيا الأميركيون الذكرى العاشرة لهجمات 11 سبتمبر/أيلول 2001، التي قتل فيها نحو ثلاثة آلاف شخص، وجرت المراسم وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة، بينما كشفت تقارير عن "خروق خطيرة" ارتكبت في ظل ما يسمى الحرب على الإرهاب، التي أعقبت الهجمات.
