أعلنت الجامعة العربية اليوم أن أمينها العام سيزور سوريا السبت المقبل بعدما أرجأت دمشق زيارته التي سينقل فيها مبادرة عربية لتسوية الأزمة السورية. واتهمت فرنسا اليوم النظام السوري بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية، بينما جددت روسيا معارضتها لأي عقوبات أو إدانات دولية ضد دمشق.
