أعلن اتحاد جنوب أفريقيا لكرة القدم أن بلاده ستستضيف نهائيات كأس أمم أفريقيا المقررة عام 2013 بدلا من ليبيا التي تشهد ثورة على العقيد معمر القذافي، وذلك في إطار تبادل يقضي بأن تستضيف ليبيا النهائيات المقررة عام 2017 بدلا من جنوب أفريقيا.
